Heritage Place Is a town in Bell County located one hour north of Austin and about two hours south of Dallas. This community is conveniently located near I-35 and the Industrial Park. Heritage Place boasts a neighborhood playground. Plenty of recreational amenities can also be found nearby such as hike and bike trails as well as the Sammons Community Center and Indoor Pool, Sammons Public Golf, and Spare Time Fun Center. Residents can enjoy shopping at the HEB Marketplace and dining at downtown Temple restaurants including Cheeve’s, Hondeaux, Nami, Pignetti’s. This is also an ideal community for military families since we are just a 25 minute drive to Fort Hood and staff at the Scott and White Memorial Hospital and Clinic.

Heritage Place is located in the Temple Independent School District (ISD). Students will attend highly recognized Kennedy-Powell Elementary which is within walking distance from the community, Lamar Middle School, and Temple High School which is less than three miles away.
