Megan KiellaPresident & Licensed Broker

Megan Kiella has been a dedicated professional in the homebuilding industry for over a decade and currently serves as President of Kiella Homebuilders. Her leadership and impact have been recognized nationally: in 2019, she received the National Association of Home Builders Young Professional Award and was named to Professional Builder’s prestigious Forty Under 40 list. That same year, she earned the Excellence Under 45 Award from the Texas Association of Builders.

Much of Megan’s success in the industry has been shaped by her long-standing involvement with the Temple Area Builders Association (TABA), where she has held numerous leadership roles. Founded in 1974, TABA has elected Megan not only as one of just three women to serve as President but also as the only person to hold the role under the age of 30. She began a second term as President of the association in 2024.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Megan is a passionate advocate for philanthropy and community service. She currently serves on the McLane Children’s Hospital Advisory Board and has played a key role as Sponsorship Chair for a biennial fundraising event that has generated nearly $2 million for the hospital. She also serves on the Baylor Scott & White Central Texas Operating, Policy & Procedure Board.

Megan is deeply committed to supporting future generations, particularly through her work with the Belton Education Foundation and the provision of scholarships for students pursuing careers in the construction industry.

She lives in Temple with her husband, Scott Kiella, and their two children, Kate and Jack. The Kiella family enjoys spending time together and all things Texas A&M. Megan takes great pride in her community, her work, and the mentors who have helped shape her career. She remains committed to promoting growth in the region, supporting local businesses, and championing causes close to her heart.
