Kiella Cares Raises Over $115,000 for Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center

Temple, Texas: Kiella Real Estate Group hosted their 33rd Annual Kiella Cares Golf Classic Powered by Martin Marietta on Monday, October 11th. The event kicked off with a check presentation to Baylor Scott & White Central Texas Foundation to announce that, with the help of their wonderful industry partners and friends in the community, they were able to exceed their fundraising goal of $58,000 and donate $116,500 to Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center.

“We have had another successful year of fundraising for the children’s hospital because of the support of our local business partners,” says Megan Kiella, Vice President of Kiella Homebuilders. “A special thanks to Martin Marietta who have helped us take this tournament to the next level. We feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to use our platform to be a catalyst for change in our community!”

This marks the fourth year that this event raised money for Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s Medical Center, donating a total of over $262,500 to support the children of Central Texas over the past four years. As a community, we are fortunate to have an institution of its kind here in Temple, TX. This year’s fundraising money will be donated towards emergent needs at McLane Children’s Hospital. Specifically, for a new NICU Ultrasound Machine.
