Kiella Homebuilders works directly with you to ensure you receive the best service. We understand that purchasing a home is a big step, and that's why each member of our team is here to help. As always, we want our homeowners to love their new Kiella home as much as we love building it.

Please refer to your Homeowner’s Manual for verification on what is considered a warranty item. If you would like to submit a service request, please use the forms below.

In case of an emergency with your home that presents imminent danger to persons or damage to property, immediately contact emergency service personnel (dial 911) or contact the respective utility provider (city, electric, water, or gas company). If you are contacting the Warranty Department for an emergency, please include the word “Emergency” in your subject line.

Kiella Homebuilders Warranty Coverage

Wrench
One-year Warranty

Workmanship & Materials: Contractor installation errors and defects in building materials such as flooring, windows, trim, etc.) during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our one-year warranty.

Gears
Two-year Warranty

Major Systems: Distribution systems in your home such as Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems that do not meet performance standards during the first two years will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the two-year warranty.

House
10-year Structural Warranty

Major Structural Defects are covered by a direct warranty that begins on the day of your home’s closing and lasts for 10 years. As a direct warranty, StrucSure is the responsible party for major structural defects. If a major structural defect occurs within the first 10 years, it will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under the 10-year warranty.
